I’m a UK property investor based in Boston, Lincolnshire. I bought my first property in 2013 while I was still employed, and I’ve kept building ever since.
Later I became a lettings manager, looking after more than 250 properties. That role taught me how property works day to day, from tenants and repairs to compliance. I trained with Progressive Property, and I’m now a portfolio landlord, speaker and author.
I still work a full-time job and build alongside it, because I believe you can build wealth without quitting your job first. Through my newsletters, podcasts and events I share what works, what doesn’t, and how to take the first step.
